Crafted with guitar, violin, and beautiful harmony overlays, Jai-Jagdeesh's “Sarovar”, from her album ‘Of Heaven & Earth’, is a version of a Shabd (hymn) called “Ram Das Sarovar Neeka.”

Written by Guru Arjan Dev, the fifth teacher in the lineage of the Sikh faith, this Shabd celebrates the healing, uplifting, liberating grace of the Sarovar, the ‘nectar tank’, a sacred pool of water surrounding the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Punjab in India.
