God is when you are not.
When you are IT IS not
because YOU are nothing but a blindness.
The ego cannot see,
the ego cannot be aware,
the ego exists only as a by-product of unconscious living.
One goes on living as if in sleep.
In this sleep the part begins to dream itself as
the whole,
and this dreaming becomes a barrier to knowing the whole.

Begin to be aware,
aware of your actions, thoughts and emotions,
just aware.
Because if you condemn or appreciate
you will not be aware –
in any choice the awareness is contaminated
and the darkness of unawareness comes in,
so just be aware without any choice;
then awareness is pure and innocent,
and then awareness is a mirror.
In this mirror-like awareness one never finds oneself
but one finds THAT-WHICH-IS.
And that is God.

But it is only when you are not
because you are the dust which makes the mirror blind.
Because you are the blindness.

Thanking is the most beautiful flower that arises in one's soul. Slowly slowly, the bud is opening. It is becoming a flower. Soon you will have wings. Soon your whole life will become a fragrance. Soon, not only one flower, but millions will bloom in you. When one flower has bloomed, know well, the spring has come.

There is no bigger mistake than the idea of "I." It is the biggest obstacle on the path to truth. Those who don't overcome this obstacle will never make any progress on the path of truth.

A sannyasin was passing through a village. A sannyasin friend of his was in the same village, so he thought he would visit him before moving on. Although it was nearly midnight, he went to meet him. Seeing a light shining, he knocked on the window. A voice came from inside, "Who is it?" Thinking that his voice would be enough to identify him, he simply replied, "It is I." But no answer came from inside. He knocked on the window many times, but there was no reply. He began to wonder if the house was empty. He said loudly, "Friend, why aren't you opening the door for me. Why don't you reply?" A voice was heard from inside: "Who is this fool who is calling himself I? Except for God, nobody has the right to say 'I.'"

Our "I" is the only lock on the door to truth. If you break that lock, suddenly you realize that the door was always open.

The eternal is hidden in the moment, and the vastness of infinity is contained in the atom. He who ignores the atom, thinking it is just an atom, loses the infinite itself. It is only by digging in the lowest that you find the highest.

Each and every moment of life is significant. And no moment is less or more valuable than any other moment. To wait for a particular moment to find bliss is useless. Those who are aware turn each and every moment into bliss. And those who keep waiting for the right opportunity lose the very opportunity of life itself. The fulfillment of life is not attained all in one go, in a lump sum. It is to be found bit by bit, in each and every moment.

Once, after a master left his body, his disciples were asked, "What did your master value most?" They replied, "Anything that he was involved in, in any given moment."

The ocean is made up of many single drops. And life consists of many individual moments. He who becomes aware of the drop comes to know the whole ocean. And he who has experienced the moment has experienced the whole of life.

Truth is one, but the doors to find it can be many. And if you become attached to the door itself, you will stop at the door. Then the door of truth will never open for you.

Truth is everywhere. Everything that is, is truth. It has infinite forms. It is just like beauty. Beauty manifests itself in many forms, but that does not mean that beauty itself is many different things. What glows in the stars at night, and what gives off fragrance in the flowers, and what shows in the eyes as love - are they different from each another? The forms may be different, but the very same essence is present in them all. But he who gets stuck at the form never comes to know the soul. And he who stops at the beautiful is never able to experience beauty itself. Likewise, those who get stuck with words will remain without the truth.

Those who know this, transform obstacles on the path into stepping stones. For those who do not know this, even stepping stones will become obstacles.

You are pure light, dreaming that you're a person.

Trust yourself. At the root, at the core, there is pure sanity, pure openness. Don’t trust what you have been taught, what you think, what you believe, what you hope. Deeper than that, trust the silence of your being.

If you love a flower, don't pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So, if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.

The love that you search for everywhere is already present within you. It may be evoked by any number of people or events. But finally, you must realize you are this love. The source of all love is within you.

Love is happy when it is able to give something. The ego is happy when it is able to take something.

Enlightenment is nothing more than the complete absence of resistance to what is. End of story.

Be still. It takes no effort to be still; it is utterly simple. When your mind is still, you have no name, you have no past, you have no relationships, you have no country, you have no spiritual attainment, you have no lack of spiritual attainment. There is just the presence of beingness with itself.

The greatest dream that we can have is to forget that we are dreaming.

We are part of the whole. And the whole is not indifferent to you, cannot be. How can a mother be indifferent to a child – her own child? It is impossible.

When the child grows, the mother also grows with him. When the child is happy, the mother is also happy with him. When the child dances, something in the mother also dances. When the child is ill, the mother is ill. When the child is miserable, the mother is miserable … because they are not two, they are one. Their hearts beat in a rhythm.

The whole is your mother. The whole is not indifferent to you.

Let this truth penetrate as deeply as possible in your heart, because even this awareness, that the whole feels happy with you, will change you. Then you are not alienated, then you are not a foreigner here. Then you are not a homeless wanderer, then this is a home.

Whatever you think you are, that’s not it.

Who reminds you to breathe and to beat your heart? Something is there, taking care...

Recognize, you ARE Home. Not, you are ‘at home’… you ARE Home. Not, you have ‘come home’… you ARE Home. You are that which IS Home.

People say love is blind because they do not know what love is. I say unto you, only love has eyes; other than love, everything is blind.
