Ik leg mijn hoofd ten ruste bij Pachamama
en herinner me nederig waar ik vandaan kom
Verhalen wevend binnen verhalen
en zie ze allemaal samensmelten tot één

❂ Pachamama is de moedergodin in de Andes-tradities;
zij wordt vereerd als de aarde en de tijd zelf

Ik laat mijn stem klinken in de lucht
want elk lied wordt een gebed
voor alle levende wezens onder onze hoede
