"This is a prayer that I originally made in a moment of deep need, while holding space for a loved one who was in the ICU. I asked for divine help to open my heart wide enough to hold all that was being asked of me.

Over time, the prayer turned into a song and expanded to have more verses, and eventually was ready to share as a universal prayer for us to open our hearts so we can hold, feel, know and heal what is ours to hold, feel, know and heal".
